Is the date imprinted on the bottom of the bottle the expiry date or the manufacturing date

I bought this product and realised the date imprinted at the bottom of the bottle was 23903-002. 231208 11

Is this the expiry date as I'm afraid I may have bought an expired product from a retailer so I need help to ascertain this.
